Cazadores Anejo Cristalino Tequila
Cazadores Anejo Cristalino Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. These Agave leaves are used to make this super smooth and clear tequila with the sensory qualities of an anejo tequila, maintaining notes of aged wood, nuts, and apples.
A superior tequila maintains a future guided by its past. Tequila CAZADORES®, maintains pride in its origins and has remained true to its heritage with the same original recipe since 1922. Our roots are what we’re made of. Our birthplace amiss the highlands of Jalisco: Arandas, has resisted the temptation of modernity. Arandas remains peacefully steeped in the traditions that produced our original product. And our product remains ingrained with the culture of this pure, serene town.
It is in this pure place that Don Jose Maria wandered into the bold blue fields of agave and dreamed of crafting a superior product. He imagined a recipe resonant with Highland character and rife with genuine flavor, to be loved by the people. Night after night, he worked with perseverance to develop the perfect recipe. From the window of Jose Maria’s adobe farmhouse, the agave leaves cut spiked silhouettes against the night sky. Blue against deeper blue, he gazed and saw movement.
Not the unbending plants, but graceful creatures prancing between the well-tended rows. Wild deer, antlers cutting the air, he followed their shadows with his eyes. He loved them for their boldness, beauty and pride-which is why, from the start, the stag was imprinted upon the label of Jose Maria’s most precious creation: Tequila CAZADORES®.
Jose Maria locked the precious, completed recipe in a wooden box and hid it within the cool walls of his home-and it is used to this day. Our tequila is created using a unique small batch approach. A Maestro Tequilero oversees the double-fermentation, double-distillation and careful maturation of our Highland 100% blue agave tequila using Jose Maria’s original recipe. Ever authentic Tequila CAZADORES® is still made with the same determination that manifested the first perfect batch.
