Folks are recently noticing this top-rated gin, and we understand why. We wanted to keep this basket simple. On a wooden cutting board, you have our most popular snacks: crispy crackers, smooth cheese spread, and gourmet chocolates. We also included a cheese spreader to make sure your hands stay nice and neat. Speaking of hands, did you know all of the citrus fruit added to Brooklyn Gin is hand-cut? This gives it a more vibrant flavor since other companies use frozen or dehydrated fruits. People are starting to take notice.

Brooklyn Gin is delicious and served neat and the creators at the Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery of Warwick, NY are very proud of that. A single Christian Carl copper pot still is used to make a batch of gin which yields about 300 bottles and usually takes 3 days. The fruits used in the creation are all purchased from local farms and the base is made from 100% American corn! Brooklyn Gin’s founders, Emil Jättne and Joe Santos, dream of opening their distillery in Brooklyn. That dream is soon to become a reality! Check out their cocktail: The Atlantic Avenue Shuffle! Start with 1 ½ ounces of Brooklyn Gin followed by ¾ ounces lemon juice, ¾ ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, ½ ounce simple syrup (or equal parts sugar and warm water,) ¼ ounce Aperol, 1 dash of orange bitters and add to a shaker with ice. Serve in a cocktail glass with a twist of lemon and if you are feeling a bit on the wild side, add a dash of absinthe or a float of champagne. Enjoy!
