Bombay London Dry Gin
Send Bombay London Dry Gin to your classic gin lovers! This gin is juniper-forward with delightful citrus aromas and flavors, along with the medicinal bitterness and charming pine-like bite that gin lovers are accustomed to. The difference between Bombay Original Gin and other gins is its unique blend of 8 botanicals and their welcome additions to the broad, moderately smooth palate. Bombay Original is similar to Bombay Sapphire with slightly less alcohol and a very similar blend of botanicals. To coax out its buttery, almond notes, serve Bombay Original Gin a classic Martini. For a citrus cocktail, try the Gin Rickey: Pour 1.5 oz. Bombay Original over ice in a highball glass. Cut one lime into wedges and add the juice of the entire lime. Fill with club soda and garnish with lime.

Bombay uses juniper as the heart of its Sapphire and Original gins, using the finest juniper berries from the hills of Tuscany, Italy. The many ingredients that Bombay uses derive from different countries, even continents, ensuring the finest ingredients from their indigenous locations. The citrus aromas and flavors derive from Murcia lemon peels and Moroccan coriander seeds. The Moroccan coriander seeds provide ginger-spice with the cubeb berries from Java contributing dry, hot notes with rose and lavender aromas. Cassia bark from Indonesia shows a gentle warmth similar to cinnamon and bitter Spanish almonds add a luscious silkiness from the oil. Orris from Florence (Iris flower root) is ground releasing floral flavors and angelica root from Dresden adds earthy tones.
