Unless you are a connoisseur, most people do not realize the difference between champagne, sparkling wine, and proseccos. The quick answer? Champagne is made in the Champagne region of France, just outside of Paris, from chardonnay, pinot noir, or pinot meunier grapes. Sparkling wine can be produced anywhere in the world from almost any grape; and although prosecco technically IS a sparkling wine, it must be from Italy to be considered prosecco. With all the different flavors of bubbly it is almost impossible to find one you do not like. The most recognized name of bubbly for champagne would be Dom Perignon while Sigura Viudas is a quite popular bubbly in the sparkling wine category. As far as our last bubbly, prosecco, Martini & Rossi Asti is very recognized and familiar by its dark rounded glass bottle and bright silver and red lettering. All of our single bottles are 750ml unless stated otherwise in the description of the product. Please be sure to read it. In the case of a listed vintage not being available, we reserve the right to substitute with the next current vintage of the same price.
