Beau Joie Brut has a fragrant ginger and crisp apple bouquet with aromas of bread and nuts. BJB is made with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes from Epernay, France, which give the champagne body and, floral and fruit notes. There is a slight spiciness to the palate with citrus and apple notes. Beau Joie Brut is zero-dosage champagne, which means it has no added sugars, keeping it crisp and dry.

Beau Joie Brut pairs well with seafood, cheeses, and desserts. Try pairing Beau Joie Brut with sharp cheddar, shellfish, or chocolate lava cake.  Buttered lobster, gratineéd shrimp, and oysters with vinegar-shallot sauces are also decadent complements to Beau Joie Brut champagne.
